I first joined Gamefly back in July of 2005. I got one of those two week free trails so I decided to take a chance and try their service out. That was almost three years ago, and to this day I am still a satisfied customer.

I lost the prepaid envelope once, that they send you to return the game in. I sent an e-mail saying that I needed a new one, and I had a replacement mailer within a week.

5. User Friendly Site: Gamefly's website is easy to use, and every title can be found be either genre, system or a search feature. When searching for a game click add to queue and the game is added. The site also has reviews, manuals, and sometimes even walkthroughs. As a member you can leave your own review for a game that you've played.

We gamers are simple people we want tons of games to choose from, great service, fast shipping and affordable pricing. Gamefly meets all these needs and even supersedes them. Of course there are a few gamers who might complain about their service but you know what, you can't please everyone.
